WHAT WE DO

One game. The whole picture.

Open the areas that matter to your team. The final scope is agreed before work starts.

Tutorial, onboarding & first-session drop-off

Play through the game, map what players need to learn and identify confusing steps, pacing issues and early progression barriers. Review the onboarding funnel where data is available.

Retention, engagement & level progression

Examine cohorts, sessions, completion, retries and return behavior. Distinguish a weak first session from later progression or content problems, without treating an overall average as the whole story.

Game economy, resources & boosters

Map sources and sinks, resource balances, booster use and event rewards. Investigate excess supply, weak spending opportunities and friction that affects both progression and purchase motivation.

Rewarded ads, interstitials & IAP

Review ad placement and frequency alongside retention and purchases. Investigate rewarded-ad resource supply, possible IAP cannibalization and points where interstitials interrupt the player experience.

First metrics, tracking & service selection

If measurement is missing, start with a practical event plan and the essential onboarding, retention, progression and revenue reports. Review which analytics, MMP and BI services fit the team and stage.

Soft launch, LTV & acquisition assumptions

Compare acquisition costs with cohort revenue, retention and payback assumptions. Separate observed results from forecasts, account for immature cohorts and define what needs to be learned before scaling.

BEFORE WE START

A few useful answers.

Work is scoped to your game, team and available evidence. Implementation or consultation.

Can you help before we have much data?

Yes. We can review the game experience and current setup first, then recommend the initial events, KPIs and controlled tests. We make clear which conclusions need more data.

What if our game is already in soft launch?

We review the current bottlenecks across onboarding, retention, economy, monetization and acquisition, and explain what to investigate or test next.

Do you also implement the recommendations?

We offer hands-on implementation or guidance for your team. Deliverables, access, timing and fees are agreed for your project; the review is not a guarantee of KPI growth.

LET’S FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

Tell us where your game is stuck.

Share your game link, launch stage and the metric or decision you are struggling with. We will reply with where we would start and what the review could cover.
